For most people, living independently in your own home as you age is what you want. But sometimes you might need some help with daily tasks that you can no longer manage as well on your own.
For example, you might need help with domestic duties, such as preparing a meal or cleaning. You might also need support with grocery shopping or managing your finances. Our in-home support service staff can also assist you with your personal care like dressing or personal grooming. This program also provides short term and overnight respite in your own home.
The program is offered Monday to Friday.
The in-home respite provided through this program is supported by the Australian Government under the Commonwealth Home Support Program, however, there is a customer contribution fee applied for service provision.
The 39+ In-home respite and domestic support service provides a range of individualised support services for older people and people with disabilities and their carers.

The program will support you to access a range of activities out in the community or provide respite for your carer in your home .
